Blockbuster Market Debut! Kusumgar share price lists at ₹569, a rally of around 36% from IPO price

Kusumgar Ltd. made a strong market debut on July 15, 2026, listing at around ₹569 on the NSE, a premium of 35.80% over the IPO price of ₹419, and at about ₹574 on the BSE, a 37% rally. The ₹650 crore issue, a 100% Offer for Sale of 1.55 crore shares, was subscribed 135.80 times overall, with QIBs bidding 299.51 times, NIIs 174.28 times, and retail investors 27.97 times. The company, which manufactures woven, coated and laminated synthetic fabrics for aerospace, defence, industrial and automotive applications, will not receive any proceeds as the issue was entirely an OFS.
