BLS International's subsidiary sets up full Japan unit for visa services

BLS International's wholly owned subsidiary BLS International FZE has acquired 100 percent of BLS International Services Japan Co. Ltd., incorporated in Japan on July 8, 2026. The new unit will operate in the Visa Outsourcing Industry, offering visa application processing, consular services, biometric verification, e-visa support and related services. The deal is a cash subscription of JPY 100,000 (around Rs 55,000 to 60,000), making it a small ticket entry into the Japanese market.
