BLS International reported record FY25 consolidated revenue of INR 2,193 crores, up 31% year-on-year, with EBITDA of INR 629 crores (28.7% margin, up 808 bps) and net profit of INR 540 crores, a 66% jump. Q4 FY25 was even stronger with revenue growing 55% to INR 693 crores and EBITDA up 93% to INR 174 crores, driven by a self-managed model transition and acquisitions of iDATA, Citizenship Invest, and Aadifidelis. Visa volumes hit a record 37.51 lakh applications in FY25 (31% growth) with net revenue per application rising 35% to INR 2,903. The digital business grew 71% to INR 540 crores revenue, and the company ended FY25 with INR 928 crores net cash despite spending over INR 1,000 crores on acquisitions, recommending a dividend of INR 1 per share with ROE at 31% and ROCE at 22%.
Record results and the disclosure of a $1 billion contract renewal pipeline are positive signals for sustained growth, but management declined to give specific FY26 revenue or margin guidance, and evaded questions on iDATA/Citizenship Invest contribution numbers, which may cap near-term investor excitement. The self-managed model transition and margin sustainability above 30% remain key positives for shareholders.
