BLS International Services Limited has completed the transition of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from Beetal Financial and Computer Services Private Limited to KFin Technologies Limited. The electronic connectivity with both depositories, NSDL and CDSL, has been successfully shifted to KFIN effective April 15, 2026. Both NSDL and CDSL have confirmed the change in their systems. A tripartite agreement among the company, Beetal, and KFIN will be executed in due course.
