BLS International delivered record FY26 results with revenue at ₹2,998 crores (+37% YoY), EBITDA at ₹819 crores (+30%) and PAT at ₹724 crores (+34%). Q4 FY26 saw revenue of ₹815 crores (+18%), EBITDA of ₹204 crores (+17%) and PAT of ₹187 crores (+29%). Visa & Consular segment grew 11% to ₹1,840 crores with EBITDA margins expanding to 40.1% from 34.5%, driven by transition to self-managed model and higher net revenue per application (₹3,302 vs ₹2,903). Digital Services revenue more than doubled to ₹1,158 crores (+114%) led by BC/loan distribution business and Aadifidelis acquisition (contributed ~25% of revenue from November 2024). The company maintains strong cash position of ₹1,434 crores net cash and declared total dividend of ₹2.5 per share (250% of face value, >₹100 crores payout). Management cited ~$1-2 billion worth of government contract opportunities expected to come up for bidding in the next 1-2 years across Europe and North America.
Strong all-round growth driven by self-managed model transition and digital business scaling. Management guided 20-25% growth for FY27 on expanded base. Margin expansion in Visa business (now at 40%) is structural, though Digital segment carries lower ~7-8% EBITDA margins due to commission-based loan distribution model.
