BLS International reported strong FY26 results with consolidated revenue of Rs. 2,998 crores (up 36.7% YoY), EBITDA of Rs. 819 crores with 27.3% margin, and PAT of Rs. 724 crores with 24.1% margin. The company secured major contracts including a Rs. 2,055 crore UIDAI work order for Aadhar Seva Kendras, a 3-year visa outsourcing contract from MEA for India Visa Application Centres in China, and a 5-year global visa outsourcing contract from Slovakia. Digital services revenue surged 114.4% to Rs. 1,158 crores while visa business grew 11.3% to Rs. 1,840 crores. The company holds net cash of Rs. 1,434 crores with strong operating cash flow of Rs. 903 crores in FY26. Visa & Consular EBITDA margin expanded from 14.6% in FY22 to 40.1% in FY26.
