BLT Logistics reported annual standalone revenue of ₹5,470 Lakhs (up 14% from ₹4,792 Lakhs) and consolidated revenue of ₹5,622 Lakhs (up 14% from ₹4,917 Lakhs) for FY2026. Standalone PAT grew marginally to ₹309 Lakhs from ₹301 Lakhs, while consolidated PAT was flat at ₹384 Lakhs. The company completed an IPO during the year raising ₹972 Lakhs (net ₹826 Lakhs after expenses), which increased share capital from ₹350 Lakhs to ₹480 Lakhs. This IPO expansion diluted EPS from ₹10.98 to ₹8.88 on consolidated basis. The auditor issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications. Cash flow from operations was positive at ₹189 Lakhs (consolidated). Working capital requirements increased significantly with trade receivables rising by ₹399 Lakhs and short-term loans advancing by ₹205 Lakhs.
Revenue grew solidly at 14% but profit growth was minimal due to higher depreciation, finance costs and working capital pressures. EPS declined mainly due to IPO-related share dilution rather than operational weakness. The company reduced long-term debt by ₹401 Lakhs, improving its balance sheet. Positive operating cash flow and clean audit opinion are reassuring for investors.
