Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BSE: 539607) has signed an MoU with ConnectM Technology Solutions to jointly develop an EdgeAI System-on-Chip (SoC) aimed at next-generation automotive cybersecurity. Under the agreement, BCSSL will lead the architecture, design, and development of the SoC platform, while retaining ownership of core IP related to the semiconductor design and cybersecurity technologies.
