Blue Jet Healthcare reported FY2026 revenue of ₹10,300 million, up 8.7% from ₹9,473 million in FY2025. Net profit grew 23.2% to ₹3,052 million despite profit before tax declining 18% to ₹3,325 million, due to lower tax expense (₹847 million vs ₹1,009 million). EPS stood at ₹17.59 per share. The Board approved a final dividend of ₹1.2 per share (60%) subject to shareholder approval. A massive fund raise of up to ₹10,000 million was approved via QIP, preferential issue, or private placement, to be presented at an EGM on June 17, 2026. Capital expenditure was significantly higher at ₹2,195 million vs ₹799 million prior year. The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Strong net profit growth driven by lower taxes is positive, but the huge ₹10,000 million fund raise proposal may be significantly dilutive to existing shareholders. The EGM on June 17 will be critical for investors to assess the use of proceeds.
