Blue Star reported Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹326 crore, up 17% YoY from ₹279 crore. EBITDA improved to ₹11.05 crore from ₹9.44 crore, with margins expanding to 8.0% from 7.0%. Full year FY26 revenue grew 3.6% to ₹12,402 crore, though EBITDA declined to ₹25.65 crore from ₹28.76 crore. Electro-Mechanical Projects segment showed strong order momentum with 35% growth in bookings, driven by data center and factory demand. However, segment EBIT margins contracted in both Q4 (to 6.5% from 7.6%) and FY26 (to 7.4% from 8.2%). Unitary Products segment saw margin improvement to 10.4% in Q4 from 8.4%. Net worth increased to ₹3,431 crore from ₹3,064 crore, while debt-equity ratio remained low at 0.18.
Mixed signals: revenue growth and margin improvement in Unitary Products are positives, but contracting EBIT margins in the key Electro-Mechanical segment and lower full-year EBITDA raise concerns about profitability sustainability despite strong order inflows.
