Blue Star reported FY26 revenue of Rs 12,402 crore (up 3.6% YoY) with EBITDA margin improving to 7.5% from 7.3% due to cost management. However, net profit de-grew to Rs 527 crore (4.3% of revenue) from Rs 591 crore (4.9%) in FY25. Q4FY26 was the best quarterly revenue at Rs 4,072 crore with EBITDA margin of 8.0%. The order book grew 10.5% to Rs 6,923 crore, and Q4 order inflow surged 35.7% YoY. The company declared a dividend of Rs 8.5 per share versus Rs 9 in FY25. Management flagged headwinds from rising input costs, volatile exchange rates, and Middle East supply chain risks while remaining cautiously optimistic for FY27.
While Q4 showed margin improvement and strong order inflow, full-year profit decline and reduced dividend signal ongoing profitability pressures from input costs and geopolitical uncertainties. The 10.5% order book growth provides revenue visibility, but margin guidance remains cautious due to cost headwinds.
