Blue Star Limited reported Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹4,072 Cr (flat YoY) with profit after tax of ₹227 Cr, showing recovery from Q3. For the full year ended March 2026, consolidated revenue grew 3.6% to ₹12,402 Cr but net profit declined 10.8% to ₹527 Cr compared to ₹591 Cr in FY25. The decline is partly due to a ₹56.35 Cr one-time charge for new labour codes (partially reversed in Q4). Standalone PAT fell 20.6% to ₹385 Cr. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹8.5 per share (face value ₹2), down from ₹9 per share in FY25, with record date July 17, 2026. Electro-mechanical projects segment grew 12.7% to ₹6,763 Cr, but unitary products declined 5.1% to ₹5,332 Cr. Deloitte issued unmodified audit reports for both standalone and consolidated results.
Full-year profit decline and dividend reduction signal margin pressure, particularly in the unitary products segment. The Q4 recovery and strong debt coverage (DSCR 19.33) offer some comfort, but investors will monitor if the unitary products recovery continues.
