Blue Star released its Q4 FY26 investor presentation covering the three segments: Electro-Mechanical Projects & Commercial AC (₹6,763 cr revenue, EBIT margin 7.4%), Unitary Products (₹5,332 cr revenue, EBIT margin 8.2%), and Professional Equipment (₹307 cr revenue, EBIT margin 11.4%). Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue was ₹326 crore with EBITDA of ₹279 crore, up from ₹249 crore and ₹249 crore in Q4FY25 respectively. EBITDA margin improved to 8.0% from 7.0% year-on-year. Order bookings in Electro-Mechanical grew 35%, driven by data center and factory demand. International expansion to US and Europe is progressing. One-time exceptional charge of ₹38 crore was recognized for gratuity and leave encashment under new labour codes. Net worth grew to ₹3,431 crore from ₹3,064 crore.
Blue Star's margin improvement across Unitary Products (EBIT up 2.9pp) and Professional Equipment (EBIT up 4.9pp) signals operational efficiency gains, though Electro-Mechanical margin contraction (down 0.8pp) on higher revenue reflects execution cost pressures. The 35% order booking growth in core Electro-Mechanical segment and international expansion progress are positive medium-term signals.
