BlueStone reported strong Q4 FY26 results with revenue of Rs 6,877 million (+49% YoY) and full-year FY26 revenue of Rs 24,412 million (+38% YoY). The company achieved EBITDA of Rs 1,285 million in Q4 with 18.7% margin (up 1,264 bps YoY), and turned cash PAT positive at Rs 823 million for Q4 and Rs 2,284 million for FY26 (versus losses of Rs 829 million in FY25). Pre-IND AS EBITDA (excluding inventory gain) was Rs 509 million with 7.4% margin, up from just 1% in FY25. The company expanded to 340 stores (+65 in FY26), achieved 34% same-store sales growth, and 54.5% repeat revenue ratio. ESOP charges of Rs 927 million in FY26 are expected to decline ~95% by FY30, providing a direct flow-through to future profitability.
The company has demonstrated clear margin expansion and operational improvement with strong unit economics. Declining ESOP costs from FY27 onwards will be a significant earnings tailwind. Positive cash PAT turnaround from losses indicates improving financial health.
