Bluspring Enterprises reported Q1 FY26 revenue of ₹777 crore, up 13% year-on-year but down 1% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at ₹24 crore, down 11% YoY, with the EBITDA margin compressing by 83 basis points to 3.1%. Adjusted PAT stood at ₹13 crore (down 5% YoY), while reported PAT was ₹12 crore (down 14% YoY). The Facility & Food Services segment led with ₹476 crore revenue, while Telecom and Security Services grew in double digits. Its investment arm foundit posted ₹20 crore in revenue with an operating loss of ₹16 crore. Management cited seasonality in high-margin Telecom and Food businesses as the key reason for margin pressure.
Mixed quarter for shareholders — healthy top-line growth is being offset by shrinking margins and a drag from the foundit investment, which may keep the stock under pressure in the near term despite sequential PAT recovery.
