CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF COMMITTEE`S

BMB Music & Magnetics Ltd has informed BSE about the reconstitution of four board committees - Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Independent Directors Committee, and Audit Committee. The Board approved these changes in a meeting held on May 29, 2026, effective from March 29, 2024. Mr. Amit Sajjan Kumar Gupta has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and also as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mrs. Sohan Kawar Kastoor Chand Bokadia now chairs the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. This appears to be a routine reshuffling of committee roles among existing board members.
