BMW Industries Ltd has announced that its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 6, 2025 to September 12, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend and the AGM. The Record Date for members entitled to receive the final dividend has been fixed as Friday, September 5, 2025, which is also the Cut-off Date for determining e-voting eligibility. The remote e-voting period will run from Tuesday, September 9, 2025 (9:00 AM IST) to Thursday, September 11, 2025 (5:00 PM IST), facilitated by CDSL. The Annual Report for FY 2024-25 will be sent electronically to all members whose email addresses are registered.
Shareholders who wish to receive the final dividend must ensure their shares are held in the company as of the Record Date (September 5, 2025). The book closure window means no share transfers will be processed during September 6-12, 2025, and eligible members can vote electronically on AGM resolutions.
