BMW Industries has filed revised audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 2026, correcting inadvertent typographical and rounding-off errors in the Cash Flow Statement only. The company clarifies there is no change in any other reported figures. Standalone revenue grew 5.97% to ₹66,407.42 lakhs and PAT grew 8.32% to ₹8,163.37 lakhs vs the restated prior year. The prior year figures were also restated due to the amalgamation of two subsidiaries (BMW Iron & Steel Industries Ltd and Nippon Cryo Private Ltd) effective April 1, 2024, approved by NCLT in September 2025. The company also recognised a gain of ₹107.19 lakhs from sale of its Nepal subsidiary (Bansal Nepal Private Limited) and disclosed pending income tax appeals for ₹310.68 lakhs for AY 2015-2022. Borrowings reduced significantly from ₹34,198 lakhs to ₹16,101 lakhs.
The typographical corrections in the cash flow are minor and cosmetic, with no impact on the P&L or balance sheet. The company reported steady profit growth of ~8% YoY and a significant reduction in debt, which is a positive signal for financial health.
