BMW Industries reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 62,862.08 lakhs in FY25, up about 5% from Rs 59,818.74 lakhs in FY24. Consolidated profit for the year rose to Rs 7,484.30 lakhs from Rs 6,379.81 lakhs, a growth of roughly 17%, with EPS at Rs 3.33 versus Rs 2.83. On a standalone basis, revenue grew about 4% to Rs 55,708.36 lakhs and PAT rose around 8% to Rs 6,359.51 lakhs. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.43 per share (43% on face value), totalling about Rs 967.87 lakhs, pending shareholder approval. Statutory auditors Lodha & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, and MKB & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY26.
Results show steady mid-single-digit revenue growth and decent bottom-line improvement with a clean audit report, which is broadly positive for shareholders. The small final dividend and ongoing capex (PPE up from Rs 49,093 to Rs 61,845 lakhs) signal continued investment, while pending tax demands of Rs 346 lakhs under appeal remain a watch item.
