BMW Ventures Limited reported audited financial results for FY 2025-26 ending March 2026. Total revenue grew 10.48% year-on-year to ₹2,278.23 crore from ₹2,062.03 crore. Profit after tax increased 14.20% to ₹37.48 crore versus ₹32.82 crore in the previous year. The fabrication unit delivered exceptional performance with 118.91% YoY growth in revenue to ₹29.16 crore, and has already secured over ₹63 crore in contracts for FY 2026-27. The Board declared an interim dividend of ₹21.50 per share (face value ₹10) for Q3 FY 2025-26.
