Board of Directors approved appointment of Mr. Shir Sagar Pandey (DIN: 07656863) as Additional Director in Non-Executive and Professional category, effective 9th July 2026. He will hold office till the next Annual General Meeting. He holds an M.Com from IGNOU and B.Com Hons from Calcutta University, is pursuing an LL.B degree, and has eight plus years of experience in corporate governance and statutory compliance.
