Board appoints new independent director, accepts resignation

GB Global's board met on 17 July 2026 and approved the appointment of Mr. Tushar Momaiyah (DIN: 08742170) as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective end of day 17 July. Mr. Momaiyah holds B.Com and LL.B degrees with experience in corporate laws, legal compliance and governance. The board also accepted the resignation of Mr. Paresh Jain as Non-Executive Independent Director for personal reasons, effective end of day 17 July. Other routine operational items were noted.
