Board approves 11.25 Cr rooftop solar plant at Mandideep facility

The board approved installing a 5 MW (DC) and 3.9 MW (AC) rooftop solar power plant at the company's Mandideep manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh, via a resolution on June 30, 2026. The project involves a capital expenditure of about 11.25 Crores, funded entirely from internal accruals. It is expected to generate about 69.35 lakh units of electricity annually, which should reduce energy costs and support the company's sustainability goals.
