Board approves auditor, valuer and first annual unitholder meeting

Board of Knowledge Realty Trust approved: (1) appointing S R B C & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors for three years from FY2026-27 to FY2028-29, subject to unitholder approval; (2) appointing iVAS Partners as Independent Valuer for the same three year period; (3) first Annual Meeting of Unitholders for FY ended 31 March 2026 on Friday, 10 July 2026 at 11:00 AM IST via video conferencing; and (4) the Annual Report for FY2025-26. Key resolutions at the meeting include adopting audited financial statements and approving the auditor and valuer appointments.
