Board approves closure of Ahmedabad corporate office

Silverline Technologies board met on 20 July 2026 and approved closure of its corporate office at Titanium Square, Thaltej, Ahmedabad with immediate effect. The company says the closure is an administrative decision for operational efficiency and resource optimisation. Business operations will continue without interruption. All statutory records, books of account and other registers will be transferred to the registered office in Andheri East, Mumbai.
