Board approves Q1 results, appoints woman independent director

Sarda Proteins board approved Q1FY27 results. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 1,299.30 lakhs vs Rs 1,095.46 lakhs YoY. Net profit was Rs 165.97 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 49.34 lakhs, with EPS of Rs 1.85. The board also appointed Ms. Minal Surendra Jain as Independent Women Director for 5 years, shifted registered office within Alwar, and set up a corporate office in Rajkot, Gujarat. The company operates in Solar Cell Products. Three board committees were reconstituted.
