Board approves re-appointment of auditor and valuer for Bagmane REIT

Bagmane Prime Office REIT's board, via circulation on June 17, 2026, approved re-appointment of S.R. Batliboi and Associates LLP as statutory auditor for FY 2026-27 to 2029-30. It also approved re-appointment of KZEN Valtech as valuer and appointment of Jones Lang Lasalle as independent property consultant reviewer for FY 2026-27 to 2028-29. All appointments are subject to unitholder approval at the next annual meeting.
