Board approves revised auditor appointment term and addendum to unitholders meeting notice

The Board of Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust approved a revised five-year appointment for statutory auditor M/s. A. R. and Co., Chartered Accountants, covering FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, along with their remuneration for the first year. The Board also cleared an addendum to the notice of the trust's 1st Annual Meeting of Unitholders to reflect this change. The trust will dispatch the addendum shortly.
