Board Committee Reconstitution — Stakeholders & Risk Management

McNally Bharat Engineering has reconstituted two key board committees via circular resolution on 2nd April 2026. The Stakeholders Relationship Committee will be chaired by Independent Director Ms. Anuradha Gupta, with Ms. Poonam Sighania and Mr. Mehar Chand Thakur as members. The Risk Management Committee will be chaired by Mr. Anil Kumar Jha (Independent Director), with Mr. Debidas Datta, Ms. Anuradha Gupta, and CEO Mr. Rajendra Mathur as members. No changes to the CEO or board composition were disclosed.
