OTCO International's board met on 13 November 2025 and approved the standalone unaudited results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 September 2025). Revenue from operations for Q2 FY26 stood at just Rs 5.70 lakh, down sharply from Rs 14.60 lakh in Q1 FY26, while the company swung to a loss of Rs 21.61 lakh versus a small profit of Rs 0.53 lakh in the same quarter last year. For the half year, revenue fell about 10% year-on-year to Rs 81.17 lakh (from Rs 90.20 lakh) and the company posted a loss of Rs 21.39 lakh against a profit of Rs 2.97 lakh in H1 FY25. The auditor, B.N. Misra & Co., issued an unqualified limited review report. Cash flow from operations turned sharply negative at Rs (54.06) lakh and cash balances declined to Rs 13.18 lakh from Rs 20.53 lakh at the start of the year.
Negative for shareholders — the company reported a sequential and year-on-year swing to losses, shrinking revenue, and a significant cash burn from operations, signalling continued operational weakness. Equity has eroded to Rs 244.71 lakh against share capital of Rs 259.36 lakh, and shareholders should track cash and working-capital trends closely given the small scale.
