Board meeting on April 16, 2026 to consider fund raising via unit issuance

The Investment Manager of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited, has informed the exchanges that a Board meeting is scheduled for April 16, 2026. The Board will consider and approve raising of funds through issuance of units, as permitted under InvIT Regulations. Details on size, pricing, and timing of the unit issuance are yet to be announced.
