Board meeting on Aug 14, 2025 to approve Q1 FY26 results

Garlon Polyfab Industries has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at the registered office in Kanpur to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26). The company has also noted that the trading window for designated persons has been closed from July 1, 2025 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
