Board meeting on July 2 to consider raising funds via units or debt

IRB InvIT Fund has informed BSE and NSE that the board of its Investment Manager (IRB Infrastructure Private Limited) will meet on Thursday, July 2, 2026. The board will consider and approve raising of funds by issuing units and/or debt, or through other modes allowed under SEBI InvIT Regulations. A notice may also be sent to unitholders seeking their approval for the proposed fund raise. No size, pricing or timing details have been disclosed yet.
