Board meeting on July 21 to consider Q1 FY27 results and distribution

Capital Infra Trust has informed exchanges that the board of its investment manager, Gawar Investment Manager Private Limited, will meet on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. The board will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Trust for Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026). It will also consider declaration of distribution to unitholders for Q1 FY27. The record date for distribution, if declared, has been fixed as Friday, July 24, 2026.
