Board meeting on July 30, 2026 to consider Q1 FY27 results and distribution

Embassy Office Parks REIT's Board will meet on July 30, 2026 to consider and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, subject to limited review by statutory auditors. The Board will also consider declaration of distributions to unitholders for Q1 FY27. The record date for distributions is August 4, 2026, with payment proposed on or before August 11, 2026.
