Board meeting on July 8 to approve financial results for FY2025 and FY2026

Innovatus Entertainment Networks has called a board meeting on July 8, 2026 to approve audited or unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results covering the half year and full year ended March 31, 2025, the half year ended September 30, 2025, and the half year and full year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting will be held at the registered office in Mumbai at 3 PM under SEBI Listing Regulations. Results will be accompanied by the auditor's review report.
