Oscar Global underwent a major board reshuffle after completing a Share Purchase Agreement (Sept 30, 2025). CMD Karan Kanika Verma resigned (Apr 10), along with CFO Pawan Chadha, 2 Independent Directors, a Director, and Company Secretary (all Apr 6). Five individuals and 2 entities were reclassified from promoter to public. New directors appointed Apr 4 include acquirer Gopal Bhatter, his wife Sonia, sister Monika, and 2 Independent Directors. New CS Neelam Saboo appointed Apr 7.
