Bombay Dyeing & Mfg Company has published its audited financial results for Q4 FY26 and full year FY26. For Q4 FY26, the company reported standalone revenue of ₹437.70 Crores, a significant improvement from ₹350.62 Crores in Q4 FY25, with Profit After Tax of ₹20.99 Crores compared to a loss of ₹9.92 Crores in the same period last year. However, for the full year FY26, standalone revenue declined to ₹1,595.06 Crores from ₹1,732.34 Crores in FY25, while PAT dropped sharply to ₹26.66 Crores from ₹489.83 Crores in FY25. The substantial decline in full-year profitability is partly attributed to exceptional gains in FY25 that did not recur. The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹0.40 per share for FY26.
The quarterly results show improved operational performance, but the sharp decline in full-year profit raises concerns. The stock may face mixed reactions as investors weigh better Q4 performance against weaker annual earnings.
