Bombay Dyeing informed the exchange about a newspaper ad for a special window to re-lodge physical share transfer requests. The one-year window runs from 5 Feb 2026 to 4 Feb 2027, per a SEBI circular dated 30 Jan 2026. It covers physical shares bought or sold before 1 April 2019, plus earlier rejected transfer requests. Re-lodged shares will be credited only in demat form and locked in for one year. Shareholders must send original certificates to registrar KFin Technologies.
Shareholders with old physical share transfers pending can use this one-year window to re-lodge and convert them to demat, with a one-year lock-in.
