Bombay Dyeing has published a newspaper advertisement informing shareholders about a SEBI-mandated special window running from 5 February 2026 to 4 February 2027. Eligible shareholders can re-lodge transfer requests for physical shares bought or sold before 1 April 2019, including earlier requests that were rejected due to document issues. Re-lodged shares will be credited only in demat mode and locked in for one year from the date of transfer registration.
Routine compliance filing with no direct impact on stock price. Shareholders holding physical shares from pre-2019 transactions can use this one-year window to regularise transfers.
