Bondada Engineering Ltd has received multiple orders worth Rs. 42.50 crore (approximately Rs. 42,50,76,005 inclusive of taxes). The first order is from Telangana Police Housing, Infratech & Consultancy Services Corporation Limited (TGPICS) for supply of self-supported communication towers and prefabricated equipment rooms across Telangana to enhance statewide police communication networks. The second order is from Fixity Technologies Private Limited for execution of Plastic Waste Management Units (PWMU) under Swachh Andhra Corporation, to be executed through subsidiary ATPOLE Technologies using BLDC motors technology. Both orders are domestic, with execution timelines of 2 to 8 months from contract signing. The orders are not related party transactions and no promoter group interest exists in the awarding entities.
The Rs. 42.50 crore order book addition represents significant new business for the company across diversified government and institutional projects in telecom and environmental sectors, which could positively impact near-term revenue visibility.
