Bonlon Industries has informed BSE and NSE that its trading window for dealing in company securities will remain closed for all designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives starting Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date of the board meeting to approve these Q1 results will be communicated later. The intimation is filed under SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015.
