Bonus bonanza! Aastha Spintex to consider bonus issue, dividend less than a month since debut on July 23

Aastha Spintex's board will consider a bonus issue along with a final dividend of up to Rs 10 per equity share at its meeting scheduled for Thursday. The small-cap textile firm, which has a market capitalisation of Rs 472 crore, listed at a discount on July 6 and its shares have since declined about 22 percent from the IPO price of Rs 136. The company also announced plans to expand into forward-integrated textile products such as grey fabric under its in-house brand, leveraging its enhanced cotton yarn capacity of 17,457 MT per annum.
