Bonus bonanza! Last date to buy Brigade Enterprises shares for 1:3 bonus issue reward

Brigade Enterprises' 1:3 bonus issue has Wednesday as its record date, making Tuesday the final day to purchase shares for eligibility, with share capital set to rise from Rs 250 crore to Rs 400 crore. The company also declared a Rs 2 per share final dividend alongside its Q4 FY26 results, which showed net profit declining to Rs 190 crore from Rs 249 crore and revenue slipping to Rs 1,523 crore from Rs 1,532 crore year-on-year. The stock has corrected over 42% in the past year and currently trades at a market cap of Rs 16,755 crore with a P/E of ~23x.
