Goldiam International's 1:3 bonus issue has Friday as the record date, making Thursday the last day to buy shares to qualify. The company will issue nearly 4 crore bonus shares worth Rs 7.53 crore, funded from its capital redemption reserves, securities premium, and free reserves. For Q4 FY26, Goldiam reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 37 crore, up 61 percent YoY, on revenue of Rs 235 crore, up 18 percent YoY.
