Bosch Home Comfort India Limited announced two key leadership changes at its Board meeting on 19th May, 2026. The company also reported FY2026 financial results showing revenue of Rs. 26,986.9 million (down from Rs. 27,564.6 million) and a net loss of Rs. 28.6 million for the year.
