Boston Commerce Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for its securities will remain closed for insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, 1 July 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ending 30 June 2026. The closure is pursuant to SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. The date of the board meeting to consider the Q1 results will be announced separately.
