Brahmaputra Infrastructure reported strong Q3 FY26 results with total income from operations of ₹92.55 Cr, sharply higher than ₹32.44 Cr in Q3 FY25. Standalone profit after tax jumped to ₹15.13 Cr (₹0.31 Cr in Q3 FY25), taking 9M FY26 PAT to ₹44.80 Cr versus ₹7.66 Cr a year earlier. EPS for Q3 stood at ₹5.21 versus ₹0.11. The EPC division drove most of the growth, contributing ₹88.39 Cr of segment revenue. The company disclosed an order book of around ₹1,100 Cr and a shopping mall in Guwahati operational with 150+ brands and a 15% rental increase from April 2025.
The sharp jump in revenue and profits is a positive signal for shareholders, supported by a healthy order book. However, the auditor flagged two concerns: uncertainty around recovery of ₹12.19 Cr retention and ₹163.69 Cr arbitration/claim receivables, and that the financial statements do not yet include the impact of 15 joint operations required under accounting rules, which could affect reported numbers once incorporated.
