Brazil plans up to $735 million panda bond issuance, says finance minister

Brazil plans to issue up to 5 billion yuan (around $735 million) in panda bonds in China's domestic debt market within the next two to three months, becoming the fifth sovereign issuer to tap Chinese debt in 12 months. Separately, Indian government bonds rallied for a fourth consecutive session, buoyed by falling oil prices, foreign inflows and the RBI's cautious rate stance, with overseas investors recording the highest monthly inflow in two years amid index inclusion expectations.
