Breakout stocks to buy or sell: Sumeet Bagadia recommends five shares to buy today - 14 July 2026

Indian benchmark indices ended flat on Monday, with Nifty 50 at 24,211 (+0.02%) and Sensex at 77,616.40 (+0.06%), recovering sharply from intraday losses of around 700 points. Analyst Sumeet Bagadia sees immediate Nifty support at 24,000-24,050 and resistance at 24,400-24,450, maintaining a positive bias with RSI above 50 and PCR at 1.10. He recommended five breakout stocks to buy on July 14: Welspun Living, PCBL Chemical, Tarsons Products, Saregama India, and Neogen Chemicals, with Welspun Living having a target of around 188 rupees from entry of 174 rupees.
